We are now looking for an organized, motivated, and passionate Director of Account Management to work with us and be a part of this exciting journey.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the Board, the Director of Account Management will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and mentoring a team of account managers and customer success managers and a deep understanding of the mobile app industry. Experience in agency environments, SaaS platforms, and ad networks is highly desirable.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive upsell opportunities, increase retention, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Accurately forecast renewals and upsell
  • Manage and mentor the account management and customer success team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Monitor customer feedback, track customer satisfaction metrics, and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, aligning with their user acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and input on new product features and enhancements
  • Act as an advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are being met and that they are receiving the highest level of service




What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing a team of account and customer success managers
  • Deep understanding of the mobile app industry and related technologies
  • Experience using Hubspot to manage customer relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations
  • Proven track record of driving retention and upsell opportunities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues
  • Experience with mobile app analytics and attribution tools
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
