** We are exclusively looking for individuals who have experience building and leading AI/ML teams at Generative AI startup/scaleup for this hire. Strong hands-on experience with LLM R&D also essential.
We are currently partnered with a well-backed, highly-reputable startup who are building an AI-driven Market Intelligence platform which enables global businesses to gain a deeper understanding of their customer base, target market and audience. The product utilizes Generative AI to provide businesses with next-generation insights into the behavior of their customers and has extensive question-answering capabilities that allows businesses to understand aspects of this in real-time.
They are seeking a Director of AI to join the team and be responsible for the advancement of their AI & Machine Learning technology and capabilities. The position will see you working in a hands-on capacity to lead technical projects, while also managing a team of AI Scientist & ML Engineers. You will also be responsible for forging partnerships with top Generative AI vendors, exploring the application of new technology to their product and working closely with the executive team to build a robust and innovative AI strategy.
We are exclusively looking for individuals who have experience successfully leading AI/ML within a Generative AI / LLM startup, and who have a deep understanding of Large Language Models.
Key skills/experience required:
-> PhD or MS educated in a relevant field, ideally from a top educational institution
-> Strong experience leading AI / ML within a Generative AI startup/scaleup
-> Deep knowledge of LLMs and Generative Modeling and hands-on experience
-> Experience managing and scaling AI / ML teams
-> Building AI strategies and forming partnerships with AI vendors
-> Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
A background in a FAANG / Enterprise technology org who are leading the way in AI would be advantageous.
