Delta Dallas is seeking a Director of Asset Management for our client. In this role, you will manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial multi-family assets, perform detailed financial analyses, identify value-add opportunities, and collaborate with a diverse team to drive investment performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for the portfolio.
• Evaluate market trends, property performance, and comparable data to identify value-add opportunities.
• Develop detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memos to support underwriting decisions.
• Analyze lease agreements, operating expenses, and property management reports to identify risks and deficiencies.
• Assist in negotiating purchase agreements, financing terms, and other transaction documents.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and executives to gather information and support decision-making.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and presentations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of existing investments, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes in the real estate market.
• Support team members as needed to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
