THE ROLE– Digital Analytics Manager
In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving data-driven initiatives through a digital lens for an organization that has proven itself a household name in support of multiple mission-driven companies. As our client continues to impressively scale and work with a robust roster of clients, the need for Data and analytics capabilities is prevalent from a reporting and insights perspective; you will help drive this impetus moving forward from an individual contributor capacity. This role will be an individual contributor to start but the vision is for this person to eventually build out a team!
You will be responsible for providing actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics/Python/SQL and various forms of analysis. Furthermore, you will spearhead the marketing vision for multiple clients and work cross-functionally with teams throughout the greater business to understand data trends, simultaneously translating requirements to fit the needs of our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital properties.
Utilize advanced features of Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior across digital platforms.
Implement and manage custom tracking solutions to gather relevant data for informed decision-making.
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital data using SQL and Python, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
Engage with external clients to understand their analytics needs and objectives.
Collaborate on the development of tailored analytics solutions to meet client requirements.
Implement and maintain a robust tag management system to ensure accurate data collection.
Collaborate with web development teams to deploy and validate tags for new website features and updates.
Work closely with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to align digital analytics efforts with broader business objectives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with best-of-breed tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is required.
Deep understanding of using raw data to draw insights, including the entirety of the data and analytics landscape.
Experience leveraging SQL and Python in a commercial setting is required.
Experience w. data warehousing and A/B testing strongly preferred.
Great communication skills and the ability to communicate trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ample experience utilizing multiple BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Looker, etc. needed
Previous experience within an agency/digital environment is strongly preferred.
BENEFITS – Digital Analytics Manager
As a Digital Analytics Manager, you can expect to earn up to $140,000 basic salary (depending on experience) and highly competitive benefits
