MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

REMOTE IN THE UNITED STATES

SALARY: $140,000 - $160,000 BASE + BONUS

Are you passionate about using data to drive innovation? Do you have end-to-end ML modeling experience and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders? This Machine Learning Engineer role might be for you. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models, solving complex problems and generating actionable insights.

This advertising technology company is a leader in the commerce and media space who utilizes AI to help enhance user experience and drive revenue growth for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to create machine learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement models for recommendation systems, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Preprocess and analyze data to optimize model development.
• Deploy models to production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain model performance in production.
• Stay updated with the latest machine learning technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, GoLang, Perl, and familiarity with TensorFlow, Airflow, Databricks, AWS, and Docker.
• 3+ years of AdTech experience and building ML models on real-time bidding (RTB)
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
