Mobilelink is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in the Houston area. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of office properties. The position is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, annual operating expense reconciliation and monthly reporting. Excellent communication, professionalism and attention to customer service are all important characteristics of being successful in this role.

Requirements
Property management experience. Not residential or apartment. Must be commercial.
Clear understanding of financials and NNN reconciliation.
Has leased space space/property before-brokerage license not required.
Has worked with commercial brokers.
Can engage with both potential tenants and current tenants.
Understands basic maintenance and repair work.
Experience in sending out invoices for rent.
Experience in vetting and hired contractors.
Has worked in Yardi or a similar program.
Responsibilities
Vendor-Contractor correspondence and meetings.
Handling new leases and managing existing tenant’s leases.
Collecting rents.
CAM Reconciliations.
Annual property budgets.
Potential property inspections/visits.
Processing of Leases and Documents.
