What ?

Company is seeking a highly experienced Controller to lead the accounting functions of the Company. Candidate must have experience building for growth – hiring and leading accounting teams, ERP system implementation, leading an audit process, and delivering sophisticated reporting and metrics.

This position offers significant opportunity for personal growth, and you will be able to help shape the development of a highly disruptive technology. You will be part of a growing Corporate Finance team, and you will report to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Actively licensed CPA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting coupled with Cost Accounting experience
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience required, specifically:
• REQUIRED: minimum 3 years as a Controller (would consider a strong Asst Controller seeking their next step)
• REQUIRED: Experience with hard asset technology companies or tech manufacturing
• Preference for experience with high-growth (ideally private equity or venture capital stage)
• Preference for experience with manufacturing processes
