We are seeking a Community Development Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Educate referral partners such as pediatricians, diagnosticians, parent groups and nonprofits on Positive Development’s clinical approach, Developmental Relationship Based Intervention (DRBI), the research supporting our clinical model and how our model compares with traditional Autism interventions.
- Develop close relationships with NJ community referral sources through in -person engagement such as educational lunches, office drop-in visits, professional seminars and conferences, in person meetings, and clinical presentations.
- Identify and build relationships with industry influencers and consultants both in- person and social media channels such as LinkedIn.
- Partner with PD Marketing and the NJ clinical team to identify and participate in promotional opportunities across all markets such as speaking engagements, community events and conferences.
- Execute agreements, coordinate materials, attend community events, and follow up with all generated inquiries and relationships.
- Support and help manage a wide variety of sales and marketing initiatives on the ground.
- Leverage internal PD tools to track your progress, document relationships and interactions with referral sources.
- Meet or exceed established quarterly goals related to referral source development and resulting client inquiries.
- Prepare and execute clinical presentations.
- Coordinate and attend in-person recruiting events such as college career fairs.
- Continuous and concise data entry to reflect contacts and related activities.
- Provide effective stream of communication relating to what we see and hear in the marketplace to company leaders.
- Maintain local resource documents and share with internal team.
- Offer budget conscious solutions to optimize services as efficiently as possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Prospecting- Create, Advance, Close
- Pipeline Building
- Ability to multitask and pivot from one focus to another frequently.
- Familiarity with BRM or CRM practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships using tech tools.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Reliable transportation with the expectation of being in the field 2-4 days per week.
