Position is in-office 5 days/week with potential for hybrid 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities
Abstract and set up all commercial Lease documents (New Leases, Amendments, Terminations, Assignments, Subleases etc.) once fully executed in MRI & Yardi.
Prepare rent commencement letters, calculate prorated amounts and work closely with accounting to post rent commencement charges to the tenant ledger
Manage, update and provide support to various departments regarding database accuracy
Monitor leases to ensure critical dates are met (renewals, terminations, etc).
Annual reconciliation of CAM, taxes and insurance
Maintain lease terms in database and ensure accuracy for monthly billings, annual increases, collections, percentage rent calculations, etc.
Process tenant move-in and move-outs within database
Work closely with property accounting in preparing annual budgets
Develop and maintain accurate records and files for all leases
Continuous monitoring of system information for accuracy, including but not limited to, rent roll validation, square footages, aged delinquencies, etc.
Work closely with leasing/legal personnel to update lease forms as the industry dictates
Provide and maintain excellent customer service for both internal and external clients
Experience
Over 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related field such as commercial real estate accounting or property management
Strong experience with budgeting and reconciliations
