Chief Financial Officer

A management company based in the Greater Boston suburbs is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage the financial operations of the business, overseeing a controller and other employees. This individual will be tasked with scaling and sophistication the finance program for all of the business arms of the parent company, including retail franchises, commercial real estate, and manufacturing facilities.

An ideal candidate will have experience with corporate franchising in the food and beverage space and will have comfort dealing with internal and external stakeholders, as well as regional operational hubs. Additionally, flexibility in the office being located in Pittsburgh or Scranton could be a potential solution. The ability to travel as needed to regional hubs in the Northeast is a plus.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of finance experience at a senior level, controller or CFO experience a plus
• Experience managing a team and implementing processes and procedures for a growing business
• Experience dealing with finance for franchises of large corporations
• Work with manufacturing or commercial real estate a plus
• CPA or advanced degrees are a plus
