Ability to perform hands on frame to finish carpentry with an eye for detail. Ability to ensure that work is completed above industry standard. Able to read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of job sites. Ability to think about design plans and the big picture in order to layout project efficiently. Ability to problem solve, create stock lists, and complete paper work such as daily work orders legibly. Proficient at stain-grade trim work, hang doors, drill and set door hardware, set windows, etc.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently. Must read, write, understand and speak English. Must be authorized to work in US. Must have valid license, street legal truck and tools of the trade.
