Are you a seasoned Business Application Manager with a knack for optimizing business systems and driving technical solutions? Join our team and lead the management of our engineered products suite of business applications!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Evaluation and Recommendation:
Work with the CFO and business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend technical solutions to meet business needs.
System Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
User Support and Coordination:
Serve as the point person for all end users across various business applications, addressing technical issues related to installation, upgrades, and more.
Technical Implementation Leadership:
Lead the technical implementation, integration, configuration, and customization of multiple business applications.
Application Management:
Manage, own, and oversee the engineered products suite of business applications (6-8 applications), with ERP being the largest among them.
Provide support for other business applications such as CAD, SAGE, etc.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in SQL.
Previous experience with owning ERP systems, including integration, upgrades, and technical support (JobScope preferred).
Proven experience in technical leadership or senior-level positions, with a strong emphasis on hands-on involvement in business applications/systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge and experience with Percentage of Completion Accounting.
