In this role, you will:
- Define and prioritize game-changing automation options for small to midsized manufacturers
- Build a network of potential solutions and assist in vetting potential partners
- Work with key stakeholders to develop service solutions that "connect the dots" and make it easier for Wisconsin manufacturers to move forward with automation and advanced connectivity
- Integrate automation and technology into other WMEP service offerings
We are seeking a dynamic professional with:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Expertise in continuous improvement and lean methodologies
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
