As a Cold Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
