𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲-𝗔𝗱: - Using The "Video-Blocks" Strategy to Record 24 Ad Variations in the Time it Takes to Film 2 ½ Videos (𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳) 𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮-𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 - Combining Google's AI with custom audience segments (to reach your ideal clients) - "3D Targeting" - reaching the right person, with the right message at the right time 𝟰. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 & 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦 - The "Tree Scaling" Method – How to Scale & Prune Campaigns like a Tree For now I want to walk you through a few of the big Components: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 1. Start with broad audience signals (demographics, interests, etc.) 2. Layer on custom intent audiences based on search behavior (what people search for on Google & YouTube) 3. Use AI to identify patterns and expand to similar high-converting audiences 4. Continuously feed conversion data back to the AI to improve targeting (especially optimizing for qualified leads) This approach allows us to cast a wider initial net, but then rapidly hone in on the audiences most likely to convert. It's how we're consistently achieving 3-5X ROAS for our clients at scale, even as ad costs rise. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼-𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: 𝟮𝟰 𝗔𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲! One of our strategies for rapidly creating high-performing ads is what we call the "Video-Blocks" Strategy. This approach allows you to create 24 different ad variations in the time it usually takes to film just 2-3 videos. Here's how it works: 1. Write 5-10 different hooks 2. Create 1-2 different educate sections 3. Craft a solid call-to-action (or two) Then, film each section individually (one at a time) Then you have your editor put them all together for you in post-production! 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 1. Start with a "trunk" - your core campaign that's performing well 2. Slowly increase budget on winning campaigns (growing the trunk) 3. Simultaneously, branch out with new, similar campaigns (like tree branches) 4. Continually prune underperforming branches and reinvest in winners This approach allows you to scale vertically (increasing budget on winners) and horizontally (expanding to new audiences and ad variations) at the same time!     Steve Jobs once said, "The people that are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones that do." Steve was a childhood hero of mine, and his ripple effect is why I have a business today. I was born and raised in Chelmsford, MA. At 12, my parents gave me an iPod Touch for Christmas. My idea was to show people great iPod apps and games. So I made videos and posted them on this little YouTube channel I had called AppFind. Soon, viewers and subscribers spiked, especially after I made videos showing people how to use their iPhones and iPads - millions of people watched them - and soon, middle-school me was making money from companies paying me to mention their apps. In my first year of college, a sponsor paid me $1,000; I got them more than a thousand downloads for their app. They were thrilled. But I had an idea… What if I used YouTube Ads to promote their video? Almost nobody was doing YouTube ads because this was back in 2015. My client was highly skeptical. "Okay, we'll give you an ad budget of $500," they said reluctantly. I got them 11,000 new users for that $500. They were blown away, and the next thing I knew, their marketing company, called me up with a job offer: "Drop out of college, move out here to Silicon Valley and join our team. But in a defining moment, I turned it down. I didn't want to be the knight in somebody else's Castle; I wanted to be the king of my own. I knew YouTube ads were the BIG THING I'd been hoping for. So I created AdOutreach and quickly drove millions of downloads for my clients. So it was a good business. In 2016 at HubSpot Inbound, I discovered ClickFunnels & the world of online marketing. I knew an even better thing when I saw it, and AdOutreach started driving traffic to funnels with YouTube ads. We scaled quickly & began teaching our secret sauce. Our clients loved it because now they could take back control over their marketing, the lifeblood of their business - but with our help and expertise guiding the way. 12 year old me started with a YouTube channel back in 2009, and today I'm blessed with an Amazing team and a Marketing Company that’s helped over 3,000+ businesses. Not bad for a decade & a half. Today, 15 years into my entrepreneurial journey, what drives me the most, is the Ripple Effect. We Empower Businesses to Amplify their Impact & Create a Positive Ripple Effect on the World! Responsibilities: -Sales Team Development and Management - Direct the management, coaching, and continuous training of the sales team. - Oversee the interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members. - Conduct call reviews, providing constructive feedback and strategies for performance improvement. - Sales Strategy and Implementation - Define, communicate, and manage sales targets and expectations. - Develop accurate sales forecasts and establish sales targets to align with company objectives. - Implement and oversee sales initiatives and projects designed to meet and exceed those targets. - Integrate and leverage CRM, sales automation, and data analytics technologies to optimize sales processes. - Process Optimization - Create and implement standard operating procedures, processes, and templates to maximize department efficiency. - Ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of all products/services offered. - Update and maintain sales scripts and training materials, ensuring alignment with product/service changes and market trends. - Interdepartmental Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client success teams to develop systems and strategies for attracting and retaining clients. - Work closely with the Lead Specialist to ensure the appointment-setting team achieves their targets and KPIs. - Represent the sales department in high-level decisions, attending all sales leadership and executive team meetings. - Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual executive planning sessions to contribute to company strategy and direction. - Performance Analysis and Improvement - Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Ensure sales strategies and actions are effectively enhancing performance and meeting targets.
