Accounts Payable Rep (Corporate Office)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Rep to join our Corporate Office team.

This is an hourly position with a pay range of $16 to $18 an hour. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency in spreadsheet software, and experience with invoicing and accounts payable processes. It will be responsible for reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions, monthly statements and transactions.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Prior work experience in a supermarket operation would be an asset.
