Responsibilities
Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in vendor statements
Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Update weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting and entries in QuickBooks
Run biweekly payroll and manage related reports
Communicate with vendor and report on 401k biweekly
Manage expense report entries and approvals
Maintain HR folders for payroll, benefits, and employees
Prepare and submit quarterly tax reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
2+ years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
