Accounts Payable Clerk

3:15, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely payment of invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in vendor statements
• Prepare and process electronic payments and check runs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Update weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting and entries in QuickBooks
• Run biweekly payroll and manage related reports
• Communicate with vendor and report on 401k biweekly
• Manage expense report entries and approvals
• Maintain HR folders for payroll, benefits, and employees
• Prepare and submit quarterly tax reports
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
