ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Spherion is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our client's team on a temporary basis with potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting policies. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Accounts Receivable experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments and reconcile Accounts Receivables.

Investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.

Generate and deliver reports to various departments as required.

Manage multiple queues efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
