RTH Mechanical Contractors Inc has an immediate opening for an experienced and responsible person to perform daily accounting and clerical duties. Looking for experienced and responsible person to input A/P, file, update spreadsheets, and assist with various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable data entry with job costing and reconciliation to POs and subcontracts.
• Enter credit card charges & reconcile statements
• Contact vendors and customers as needed regarding invoice issues
• Maintain fleet vehicle records.
• Prepare Time & Materials Invoices as needed
• Support Controller as needed with compliance, project management and financial record keeping. Possible growth potential.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational and planning skills
