It's been an utter privilege watching him over the last 6 years at Wikia (now Fandom) grow his skill set and knowledge to become a real powerhouse in the company. Trust isn't given, it's earned and Lincoln has really proved himself on multiple occasions. He's detail oriented, highly motivated and very tenacious. External partners like working with him because he's responsive. Internal staff like working with him because he's personable and always a straight shooter. Lincoln's got an internal compass that helps him navigate the complex waters of the digital world. In his current role, Lincoln has taken over the Programmatic and Indirect revenue arm of Fandom powered by Wikia. This is an incredibly important role within the company and I trust Lincoln to manage his team and this revenue stream with upmost care. Lincoln also lead the integration of several Header Bidder partnerships to great success. ”
