They have to "believe what I believe" in terms of the Vision and Goals of the Mission. Know and understand (insight) the: "Why?" of the Vocation's existance. I would look to see courage and confidence in making decisions - not being afraid to disagree or say that they don't understand, when they don't. They must not try to be me but be an embodiment that represents me exceptionally well! Kept on their toes at all times.
