Enjoyed speaking 🎤 at VidCon last week alongside Jordan Newman (Spotify Spotify for Podcasters), Jon Youshaei (Youshaei Studios), and Renee Teeley ⏩ (Changer). Our industry moves so fast, and I'm so thankful to be at Uscreen to witness it all first-hand. 💙 Also, massive props to Jacques Keyser (the handsome British man in the striped shirt 🤓👊🏽) and his team at VidCon for executing a world-class conference. I was talking to Liz Patient, who runs the Pilates for Runners membership program using Uscreen, about RETENTION. She shared that one of the things she does for her members is to use the Calendar feature inside her membership to suggest workouts that they can do daily. This brings her members back into her platform regularly (daily for some of her members), and that results in her members getting maximum value from her membership, and increasing her retention rate.
