Alex experienced homelessness for over two years, feeling hopeless and stuck. During a case management session, he admitted to being comfortable with his situation. However, after joining a self-motivation group at RVM, he was inspired by others' stories and gained the strength to change. Now, Alex has his own furnished apartment thanks to Feather-A-Nest and a job he loves cooking for Racine Unified School District. With RVM's help, he also acquired a refrigerator, microwave, and started a savings plan. Alex is incredibly grateful for the support he received from RVM.
