In honor of Disability Pride Month, we invite you to tune in to the U.S. Adaptive Open now ⛳️ What is the U.S. Adaptive Open? Open to golfers across eight impairment categories, the Adaptive Open this year has 96 players, ranging in age from 15 to 78, competing from 32 states and 11 countries! Amazing Stories: Every player has a different story. From Alex Fourie, a PGA professional born with a cleft lip, cleft palate, and one arm, to Kim Moore, the inaugural women's champion born with severe foot impairments and spina bifida. Impairment Categories: The competition categories are: intellectual impairment, lower limb impairment, multiple limb amputee, neurological impairment, seated layer, short stature, upper limb impairment, and vision impairment.
