Stay positive and motivated.  Always be eager to learn.  Safe Haven does an excellent job on promoting within. .    What do you enjoy most about working at Safe Haven Security? I enjoy knowing that my employer truly cares about my well-being and my success. . What accomplishments are you most proud of from the past year? I was promoted to Sales Manager in the Affiliate Veterans United sales Team. . How has the department you work in grown and developed since you joined? This department has grown substantially over the last year in the number of sales, contact percentage, and conversion rate. . What is one thing you want to achieve in the upcoming year? It's been two fantastic years with you in our Safe Haven family, Elizabeth! 🌟 What advice would you give to new employees joining the company? Don't be too hard on yourself, everything gets easier as you continue to do the job. .   What do you enjoy most about working at Safe Haven Security? I love the team I work with. Everyone is so supportive of one another. . What accomplishments are you most proud of from the past year? I'm proud of being able to complete each type of shell we complete. . How has the department you work in grown and developed since you joined? We have merged different departments and added more affiliate partners and internet providers. . What is one thing you want to achieve in the upcoming year? I would like to become even more proficient in completing shells faster. 

We are pleased to share your story, Matt! What advice would you give to new employees joining the company?  My advice to anyone joining the company is to be an aggressive student early on. Safe Haven has such a proven track record of results- no one needs to re-invent the wheel here. Safe Haven systems are proven to work. The more of an open-minded student you can be and lean on your trainers and managers, the better habits and skills you will gain from the start. Training at Safe Haven is next to none and all of us leaders care a tremendous amount about everyone's success and helping each person make as much money as possible. . What do you enjoy most about working at Safe Haven Security? What I enjoy most about working at Safe Haven is the company culture. I have made life long friendships with some colleagues. Working each day with people who are happy, always trying to get better, and well paid for their efforts is such a luxury. Everyone here cares so much about each customer and protecting their home and family. Being at a company where we can truly get behind the product we provide for people is next to none. . What accomplishments are you most proud of from the past year? The amount of transitions I went through, how I handled them, and amount of personal growth I gained through them. After spending the first half of 2022 being the solo manager of both the Des Moines and Kansas City branch, I spent the second half moving to KC full time. I stepped into 2023 being the solo manager of the KC Branch, while helping run our National Manager In Training Program. Having two full time jobs at once was incredibly challenging and stressful. I am very proud of the results I was able to provide, and that the results were quantified by what I was able to help others achieve. At the end of the year, I received a promotion into National Sales Trainer for our Builder Division. I am very proud of this, as being a National was my goal from day 1 of stepping into Safe Haven because it meant I would only be able to have more impact on helping others succeed. . How has the department you work in grown and developed since you joined? When I started in our PinPoint department, it had around 30 branches. It now has around 100 branches nationwide. In my short time so far in our Builder Division we are a little over 2000 installs ahead of this time last year, and we have added 3 new internet partners. The growth has not stopped since my first day and it has been incredible to see how many lives it has changed. . What is one thing you want to achieve in the upcoming year? My passion is helping others reach new heights and change their lives for the better. All of the things that can be done while at work, to get people whatever they desire outside of work, is my focus. So many people here are buying new cars, houses, vacations, etc. What I want to achieve is to help as many people collect these stories and accomplishments as possible.
