How much time do you spend weekly “sourcing” for passive talent for your open positions? In our recent research study, we asked out Elite Honor Roll Elite Recruiter winners how much time they spend sourcing. Around 83% spent at least an hour sourcing each week. Sourcing has become a needed skill set across the community while many teams still don’t have robust sourcing functions. How much time are you spending sourcing?
