Farm-Fresh Taste Grows Here™ 🌱 Organic snacks & meals with no added sugar. Trusted by parents and loved by little ones.

About us

In 2015, Cassandra Curtis founded Once Upon a Farm along with co-founder Ari Raz to create more nutritious, convenient, and delicious baby food options for her daughter that weren’t available in her local supermarket. After creating her own recipes and selling the first cold-pressed organic baby food at retail—she joined forces with industry legend and former Annie’s CEO John Foraker and actress, philanthropist, and mom of 3, Jennifer Garner, to create the next generation childhood nutrition company. We are now sold in more than 16,000 stores nationwide and online with a growing product portfolio of organic, farm-fresh snacks and meals for babies and big kids!

Reflecting on the past few months working at Once Upon a Farm, I am filled with appreciation for the meaningful work and inspiring colleagues with whom I collaborate every day. One of the highlights of my time working at Once Upon a Farm was traveling to sunny El Segundo, CA with some O'Farm team members two weeks ago. We had the opportunity to participate in an amazing playdate at the Mattel, Inc. HQ as part of their 4th annual Play it Forward Global Volunteer Week. The playdate on June 27 was in partnership with Save the Children US, highlighting their 'Make Summer Fair' campaign. At the O'Farm booth, we had the pleasure of sharing our beloved products with over 200+ enthusiastic kids from LA’s Best, who brought so much energy and smiles throughout the entire day!🤸🏽🧩🫧 Tbh, my inner child was also smiling ear to ear the whole time. #Barbie 💗 Huge congratulations to all the incredible partners involved - what a special day! “You cannot lose by being inclusive.” —Matt Ellison As part of our internal celebration of Pride Month and commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, we hosted guest speaker, Matt Ellison this week for an impactful conversation on trans awareness and acceptance. Matt shared his personal story: starting with his challenging and unhappy childhood, through getting access to the support and information he needed, and finally getting to thrive as his psychological self. A few tips from Matt on how to be a more inclusive company and show your allyship in the workplace: • Host events/conversations like this one (and make sure the whole company is aware of them) • Showcase your allyship as an individual (e.g. Pride-themed Zoom backgrounds, like many of our team members are currently using) • Include non-binary and other as options for gender, if included in a job application field • Having a trans policy/gender pay gap policy Thank you, Matt, for such a vulnerable, gracious, and engaging conversation. Your resilience is inspiring, as is your dedication to paying it forward and being that resource you wish you had growing up. And thank you to our E3 (Employee Engagement & Empowerment) Culture Committee for continuing to facilitate educational and expansive opportunities for our team.
