The organization operates three entities within their 200,000 square foot facility: Carlin Combustion Technology, Hydrolevel Company, and Cowles Products. During our tour, we were impressed by the best practices they implement to foster a workplace culture of respect and collaboration, empowering their staff to achieve new levels of productivity.
