I used to dread networking. Being in a room full of strangers and trying to make connections felt incredibly awkward and out of place for me. Until I found Ecomm Girls Club - an incredible community of amazing like-minded founders, marketers and brand owners💛 Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to - no awkwardness at all. It’s just a group of inspiring women coming together for fun and support. Last night’s Ecomm Girls Club x CLIQ Summer Value Studio event was a blast - thank you Lucy Greenleaf, Yasmine Cheikh & Nicola Gunby for smashing it, & having myself & Vanessa Stidever speak all things influencer marketing 💞

Because I cannot put into words how important networking has been to me and building P3PRMNT 💪 Yesterday, I was invited to an event by Ecomm Girls Club and I’ve never felt so inspired in my LIFE. A room full of CEOs, founders, and creative women was truly moving. And you know what?! I collaborated with them with custom P3PRMNT to cups especially for the event! 🤩 So why are these events SO important to me? → Learning and sharing information: Have a problem you just can’t seem to solve? Networking allows you to get help from someone who has had the same experience and learn how they handled it! And always return the favour with something you’ve learned. 😌 →Visibility: You’ve worked hard on your brand or service—now let people know about it!! When you stand out in both your expertise and the services you offer, it creates room for partnerships. 🚀 →Collaboration opportunities: All my B2B collabs have originated from some form of networking. 🤝 →Sharing ideas: Last night, I got so many recommendations and things that I should try out next with my brand! Things I didn’t think of before!💡 →Customer acquisition: Networking can lead to new customer referrals and business opportunities through word-of-mouth and personal recommendations. 📈 → Support system: One of the most important elements—making friends and gaining a support system! If you’re a solo entrepreneur like myself, work can get incredibly lonely. Meeting others in similar positions means you’ll meet people who understand and will always support you. 🫶 Networking isn’t alway easy I know! It takes you out of your comfort zones - especially if you’re going alone and dont know anyone but it gets easier and easier the more you do it!
