Back to the office today after an energizing and insightful 3 days at the CREW Network 2024 Spring Leadership Summit in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina. I am grateful to have the opportunity to represent CREW New Mexico with Genieve Sanchez Posen, MLA, Jeanie Springer Knight and Donna L. Lopez. Genieve and I served as delegates for CREW NM, connecting with other leaders from CREW chapters across the globe. We exchanged best practices within our respective chapters, learned about upcoming CREW Network initiatives, and shared a meal with the incredible women in our South Central leadership cohort, led by Elena Cutshall Each day was highlighted by impactful professional development sessions lead by AmyK Hutchens and Maria Moss, deepening our skillset around navigating crucial conversations and learning transformative techniques in conflict resolution. It’s all about the Journey. 🚗 When I said yes to being the President-Elect for CREW NM two years ago, I had no idea the amazing road ahead of me to advance in leadership and business. Last week I attended the CREW Network leadership Summit in North Carloina with fellow CREW New Mexico delegate Claire Kowalski and scholarship recipients Jeanie Springer Knight and Donna L. Lopez.
