In June 2024, together with our partners in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Nations, the U.S. launched a $3 million call for proposals to address the current paucity of gender-specific data in crisis and conflict settings, which leaves crisis responders ill-equipped to analyze and address the unique impacts on women, girls, and other vulnerable groups."

#UNActionAgenda Two years into the United Nations Secretary-General's Action Agenda on Internal Displacement, progress is evident, but the challenge remains stark: 76 million people are internally displaced as reported by #GRID2024. At the heart of CRAF'd's mission lies the reimagining of data's potential in crisis response. Our partnership with the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC) is already bearing fruit, proving that faster data leads to faster decisions, which can be the difference between survival and further hardship for those affected.
