    In a surprising move, Apple recently announced the end of its Apple Pay Later product, less than a year after entering the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) market. While this represents a retreat from traditional financial offerings, the exit provides Apple with an opportunity. Ash Lomberg, Chargebee's Vice President, GTM EMEA, shared with The Fintech Times that by using third-party BNPL providers and alternative payment methods, Apple can streamline payment processing and avoid the complexities of managing multiple gateways, allowing the tech giant to focus on what it does best.     Planning to raise prices this year? You’re not alone! Keep reading for insights on how to do it right. ⬇️ The essential considerations: 1️⃣ Before raising prices, have a rock-solid rationale beyond timing or "costs went up”. Have you added tangible value for your customers, such as enhanced features, modules, or ROI? 2️⃣ Customers are watching the competition and so should you. Are your competitors raising prices? What makes your product special, and is that reflected in your pricing? 3️⃣ Data is your friend. Segment your customer base, analyze behavior patterns, and identify who may be more receptive to changes versus where you'll meet resistance. Use those insights to tailor your strategy. 4️⃣ Remain open to customer feedback and be prepared to adjust course based on market responses and customer needs. 5️⃣ Don't neglect your loyalists! Ideally, a well-founded price increase should strengthen existing relationships too. While price increases can be a powerful tool for driving revenue growth, they must be backed by a well-thought-out strategy to minimize the risk of churn and maximize customer satisfaction.
