💼 INTERNING THIS SUMMER? This posts for you! You're likely about halfway through your internship - and you've probably done some exciting stuff so far! Here are some tips to make the most out of the rest of your experience: 1️⃣ Ask for feedback: Find out what you're doing well, and not so well. Feedback can sound scary, but it helps you grow! 2️⃣ Track your accomplishments: You've likely accomplished a lot by now, don't rely on your memory to recall your accomplishments when it's time to update your resume. Start tracking them on a spreadsheet, notes app or whatever works for you. 3️⃣ Network: Have you met your teammates? Great! Now, connect with others outside your immediate circle. 4️⃣ Refine your goals: Revisit the goals you set at the start. Didn't set any? Start now! Adjust and refine to stay on track. 5️⃣ Pitch a new idea: See something that can be improved or have a new idea? Share it with your manager. #Internship #CareerTips
