This year, the spotlight was firmly on AI, with Salesforce demonstrating how seamlessly and effectively AI can be integrated into their products to revolutionize customer relationships, streamline operations, and facilitate data-driven decisions. Their AI-centric product, Einstein, stood out, emphasizing the importance of Responsible AI. The branding message 'In Trust We Ai' resonated, encapsulating the essence of trust in AI-driven solutions. We were captivated by Salesforce's vast ecosystem, a dynamic blend of startups crafting apps on their platform, established companies offering integration tools, and many consulting partners. Giants like PwC, Deloitte, and Slalom were prominent, but the event was a melting pot of diverse businesses converging to explore the future of CRM and AI.
