Meet Bridget (she/her)! 👋 Bridget understands the value of mentorship in building a strong career. When she first joined Behr more than two years ago, she was happy to learn Behr offers Mentoring Circles—a 75-minute dedicated session where team members can dive deep on specific career-building topics, listen to leadership advice, and share ideas and challenges with their peers in small breakout sessions—ultimately walking away with key learnings for your future development. “At the first Mentoring Circle I participated in my biggest takeaway was that it helped tie into the self-appraisal,” says Bridget. “I happen to sit on a team and report directly to the Vice President, who indirectly overseas about 100 people on his sales team, so the Mentoring circles really help me figure out how to ask for one-on-ones. I was not really doing that with my direct supervisor and that helped tremendously. And then also being able to put into words and be able to communicate not only my accomplishments with that self-appraisal, but also results tied to it.” To team members that may be interested in joining Mentoring Circles in the future, Bridget says, “I would just encourage any team member that is craving helpful guidance in their career to dig in and reach out, ask for that support. There are fantastic mentors at the company that have a lot to teach, and there's a lot of support within the organization. I know at times for me in a sales field-based position, I spend a lot of time alone, but truly we're not alone at this organization.” #LifeatBehr #MakeLifeMoreColorful

Congrats to the team in Allentown, Pennsylvania for recently celebrating their 25th anniversary at their facility. 🎉 To date, 12 current team members have worked at the facility since its opening and have experienced the team grow and achieve many wins over the years. Well done and amazing work over the past 25 years making life more colorful.

We had a fantastic grand opening this week at our newest manufacturing and distribution facility in Heath, Ohio. Thank you to the state of Ohio and city of Heath for welcoming Behr to our new community.
