From New York to Hong Kong and Sydney, #PRIDE events have brought the world together in celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. At Assembly Global, we've dedicated this month to educating and celebrating #inclusivity and #diversity within our community. Our ALL OUT Employee Resource Group (ERG) created a "Global Guide to PRIDE," filled with event details, history, and participation tips. We kicked things off with a workshop on authentic inclusion with GET PHLUID, diving into often overlooked LGBTQIA sub-communities. We also raised our first Pride Flag, sharing its powerful history and meaning. Dani St James, founder of Not A Phase, joined us to talk about PRIDE, inclusive workplaces, and queer and trans+ representation in media. And, with Stagwell, we hosted a fun quiz night to raise funds for Not A Phase. We'll continue to recognize and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community throughout the year, promoting inclusion and diversity every day. #Pride2024 #LGBTQIA #AssemblyGlobal
