SUPER EXCITED to share that the Housekeeping team here at the Arizona Biltmore achieved a CLEANLINESS SCORE of over 98% this past month. This ranks among the highest of all luxury hotels within Hilton. This is also a big increase from the start of the year - not bad for a 95 year old resort with over 700 rooms spread out across 28-acres during a leisure-heavy month 😁 Cannot be more proud of all our team members - from our Room Attendants to Laundry Attendants to Public Area Attendants to our coordinators.
