PlayStation 2023 Wrap-Up: Everything You Played This Year

Looking to show off all the gaming you did over the past year on Sony's PlayStation platform? Feel like proving once and for all that you are a gamer, through and through? Well, the Sony PlayStation 2023 Wrap-Up 2023 is here and ready to let you brag about all those gaming achievements to your friends, family, and internet strangers.

Like Spotify and Apple Music (and BeReal, we guess), Sony has put together a year-end recap called the 2023 Wrap-Up. Starting now and going through January 12, 2024, you can check out Once you sign in to your PlayStation account, you'll be treated to a breakdown of your monthly gaming stats along with your top achievements, including the top games played, trophies earned, and "your personalized gaming style," like "Thrill-Seeker" or "Role-Player."

Sony promises the Wrap-Up will update through the end of this year, too, so you can check back in by January 12 for the full list. This year also brings a new set of digital cards which make it easy to share your gaming stats with the internet.

I logged into the Wrap-Up site and saw the number of games I've played this year (45) and the games I've played most (Diablo IV, surprisingly, then Fortnite, Minecraft, Baldur's Gate 3, and Horizon Forbidden West). My gaming style is Thrill-Seeker, which, ok. There's a list of recommended games for me to buy, I mean play, a couple of cards in, too.

Looks like I played a lot of Minecraft Legends in May, which makes sense; it had just come out. I only played 283 hours of games on my PS5, though I wonder how much better at guitar I might be if I'd spent those practicing. I earned 174 trophies and put in 52 hours with my squad, err, in multiplayer games. I earned 6 digital collectibles and 4,240 PlayStation Stars points, too.

All in all, not a terrible wrap-up. It'll be fun to share on social media and see what my friends have all been up to, too. Oh, and I can redeem a special code for a PlayStation Stars digital avatar and digital collectible, bringing my total up to 7.
