Experience

With over 30 years’ experience in the information technology field, Lisa has educated and instructed end-users at all technical levels about a variety of technologies, including cybersecurity, intrusion detection and remediation, iPhones, cord-cutting and streaming, consumer technology, and many other topics. With every technical position, she has always been tasked with creating both technical documentation and how-to manuals for users.

With her entertaining knack for communicating technical topics with simplicity, she often taught employees at the university the ins and outs of many popular software suites. As part of the University of Oklahoma IT Branding team, Lisa promoted and educated staff and faculty on the care of their personal systems, especially regarding good cyber security habits. She led the Cybersecurity Awareness Month festivities and seminars for over ten years. Her desire to help and educate others on technology is her true passion.

Education

Lisa earned her Bachelor’s in Creative Writing and English at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
