James is a writer and copywriter who has written for various publications including VPNside.com, The Federalist, Amendo.com, and Brew Your Own Magazine. James transformed from a country mouse to a city mouse when he moved to Chicago in 2009 to become a pastor.

He is fascinated by the ways tech helps people connect to others and improve their lives in a fast-paced world. An avid marathoner, home brewer, and uber nerd, he spends his free time cooking for friends and family and teasing his wife. 

Education

James has a B.A. from Concordia University Wisconsin and a M. Div. from Concordia Seminary.
