We are sorry, but the private sale promotions are only available at the store hosting the event on specific dates.
Registration for the event will be open from 10am to 3pm. It is mandatory to register in order to receive the sale kit and vouchers for this event. Once you have collected the necessary items, you are welcome to enjoy a leisurely shopping experience until the store closes at 10pm.
The promotions available during this event will be valid exclusively for the duration of the private sale event.
We would be glad to hold your purchase for up to 6 months. In the event of unforeseeable delays by the authority for key collection, we kindly request that you provide us with the relevant document(s) as proof. We will then do our best to accommodate your needs by rescheduling the delivery accordingly.

The warranty period will commence from the date of delivery.
Certainly, it is possible to change the item 2 week prior to the scheduled delivery. However, please note that any made-to-order items cannot be changed. For further details on our exchange policy for made-to-order items, please consult our sales staff.
In the event that the item you purchased becomes discontinued, our sales staff will notify you and guide you through the process of selecting an alternative product. They will do their utmost to assist you in finding a similar item that meets your requirements. Rest assured, the same promotion that you received during the private event will be applicable to the newly selected item.
We do not store purchased items in our warehouse. Our aim is to constantly refresh our stock so that when your delivery date arrives, we can provide you with a fresh item from our warehouse.
