e-Gift Card

Online Redemption:

1. At the checkout page, enter your eGiftCard code (up to 5 eGiftCards can be used in a single transaction)
2. Enter the OTP corresponding to each eGiftCard as prompted
3. Once eGiftCards are validated, the total value of the eGiftCards will be applied as "eGiftCard Payment Received"
4. Pay the balance amount and complete the transaction

In-store Redemption:

1. Visit any of the COURTS stores in Singapore. Available locations here.
2. Once you complete your shopping, please proceed to the cashier counter
3. Present your eGiftCard(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilised before payment is made
4. Once the cashier scans your eGiftCard(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP(s). Share this with the cashier.
5. Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard(s), redemption is completed.

Multiple-use eGiftCard:

Conditions

• Value is expressed in SGD.
• Valid for use only at COURTS stores in Singapore and courts.com.sg
• This eGiftCard has an expiry date; no validity extension requests will be entertained
• Valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Non-refundable or Non-returnable once purchased
• Can be used for general, sale or promotional items except concessionaire products and vouchers
• Not exchangeable for COURTS Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Cash / or any other form of compensation that is not considered a product purchase
• Balance cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used for the payment of flexiplans monthly instalment
• No minimum purchase is required
• Multiple redemptions are allowed. Customer may choose to use any amount which is less than the card's balance
• Payment by eGiftcard will not be entitled to any Homeclub members points for the utilised value
