IF Paramount+ Streaming Release Date Announced for John Krasinski, Ryan Reynolds Movie

John Krasinski’s IF has set a Paramount+ streaming release date.

IF is the latest film directed by Krasinski that stars himself, Ryan Reynolds, and Cailey Fleming. The film was released in United States theaters on May 17, 2024. It made approximately $185.5 million at the global box office off an estimated $110 million budget.

When is IF’s Paramount+ streaming release date?

Per Variety, IF will be available to stream on Paramount+ on July 9, 2024.

“From writer and director John Krasinski, IF is about a girl who discovers that she can see everyone’s imaginary friends — and what she does with that superpower — as she embarks on a magical adventure to reconnect forgotten IFs with their kids,” the synopsis for the movie reads.

IF also stars Fiona Shaw, Alan Kim, Liza Colón-Zayas, Bobby Moynihan, and Catharine Daddario. The voice cast of the film, meanwhile, includes Steve Carell, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Louis Gossett Jr., Awkwafina, Emily Blunt, George Clooney, Bradley Cooper, Matt Damon, Bill Hader, Richard Jenkins, Keegan-Michael Key, Blake Lively, Matthew Rhys, Sam Rockwell, Maya Rudolph, Amy Schumer, and John Stewart.

Fleming recently told ComingSoon in an exclusive interview about her experience making the movie, “I’ve been such a big fan of this movie ever since I found out what it was about. I think the message is so special and so important in today’s world just because our world is very dark, and we could use a little light every now and then. So I think that’s kind of what IF is, or I hope that’s what IF is for people.

“But it’s really sweet and special to see everyone’s stories about going to see it or how different people connected with it. People remembering their IFs from when they were little or remembering something that happened to them when they were little because we represented it with our movie. Seeing people’s drawings of the movie and seeing kids with their little stuff, the animals, is so sweet. Yeah, it just means everything. Every time I see something, it makes my day.”
