Loyalty Points

You can earn points for every purchase (CD order or download) on the Chandos website which can then be used against future purchases.

How does it work?

For every £1 spent on the Chandos website you will earn 1 point. Accumulation of points can be used to pay for part or a complete order.

How much is each point worth?

1 point is equivalent to 2p.

Where can I see my points?

Your points can be viewed in your basket on purchase, or in the ‘My Points’ tab of your customer account page.

How do I use my points to pay for an order?

Items should be added to your basket as usual. At the basket stage of the checkout process you will be shown how many points you have and asked whether you want to redeem them. You can also choose to only redeem some of your points at this stage by changing the default value shown. 

Please Note: Loyalty points cannot be used to pay for albums that are currently on the hourly 50% discount offer.

The total points used will then be converted to a monetary value and deducted from your invoice.
