I can't imagine what one reviewer termed reservation standards but by any standards it ok. Clean, gravel grounds with easy pull throughs, cheap at under $40 and a restaurant and gas next door.It is A ok.
It has little upkeep and is very weedy. Some of the sites have junk in back as in a few feet away. All but one site is fairly narrow and you must back in at an angle. We visited the area in July 2024, it was the holiday week so it was busy, but still had some open spots. If you can't find a spot on the main peninsula there are still lots of other choices.

We stay ten days spanning two weekends. During that time there were three nights where the noise and yelling went on to midnight or later - nearly 2:00am one night with no action from management.
