On October 22, 2022 I ordered a back issue of Meditation Magazine with ******************* on the cover. My order number is order #******. It says that it would take 2-4 weeks to come. I reached out to Meditation Magazine on November 29, 2022 because I still have not received a copy of this magazine that I purchased. I reached out on their website that lead me to a ******** Messenger chat. The person on the other end of the chat checked out my order and told me it was shipped out on October 25, 2022 and it should take between 3-4 weeks. I asked if it was shipped within ***************** to get an idea of if the magazine was stuck in customs. Meditation Magazine told me yes it is shipped from within ***************** and the magazine must have been lost in the mail. I asked if another one could be shipped out because I paid for this back issue and I wanted it for my alter. I did not hear anything. On November 29, 2022 I reached out again and provided them with my order number again. They never responded. I would really like the magazine that I paid for or a refund. It is not my fault if it was lost in the mail. They have a responsibility to make this situation whole. I want a refund or a copy of the magazine I ordered.
