I deleted my account 6 days before the auto-renewal date but was still charged an annual subscription fee. ******* says it takes 14 days to process requests but that information is only given out once you try to cancel not when you sign up. I cancelled during the trial period and should not be charged simply because the company took too long to action a request, the request is dated on time.
