You could argue that you'd be abusing the spirit of these laws and adding to the poor reputation that new parents have in the workplace. | |

"The risk of [action] is [consequences]" or "Doing [action] could be seen as [bad thing] and normally you're expected to [options]" makes for better answers as these posts are intended to be useful to other people beyond the OP. | |
