Wondershare AllMyTube

Wondershare AllMyTube is a tool for Mac that lets you download Internet videos from more than 1,000 websites in a wide variety of formats.

Although the program focuses mainly on downloading from YouTube, it's fully compatible with other popular services like Vimeo, Vevo, Hulu, TED, ABC, MTV, CBS, Yahoo Video, BBC, CNN, ESPN, WatTV, Discovery, The NY Times, Dailymotion, AOL, Metacafe, Discovery, MegaVideo, and Break, among others.

The application provides two different ways to download your videos: you can click on the Download button that automatically appears at the top of videos played on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome, or you can simply copy the URL of the video you want to save to your computer.

Once you've selected and downloaded the video, you can convert it into any of the most popular current formats, including FLV, MP4, AVI, MPG, MKV, WMV, M4V, MOV, MPG, etc., or the ones that come preconfigured for different devices like iPod, iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy Note, and Blackberry. You can also extract the audio track from the video and save it in MP3, M4A, AC3, AAC, WMA, WAV, OGG, APE, MKA, AU, AIFF, FLAC, M4B, etc.

AllMyTube also lets you play files and manage your entire multimedia library.
