Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and refresh the strategic plan for the country, including understanding market landscape and trends, assessing internal strengths and weaknesses, developing and aligning institutional vision and aspirations, creating strategic pillars and initiatives, and financial modeling.
  • Implement strategic initiatives identified in the strategic plan, including project management and collaborating with peers in the management team to secure support for implementation.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings to engage and update various stakeholders, driving successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and inform stakeholders of the latest market developments, including conducting or coordinating primary and secondary market research to understand ongoing market trends.
  • Prioritize and facilitate access to global resources and best practices from our organization and partner university.
  • Drive other strategic growth projects on an ad hoc basis as opportunities arise.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time.


The Successful Applicant

Minimum Requirements

  • MBA/Master's degree or higher.
  • Between 6-8 years of experience in consulting and commercial/management positions, including at least 2 years with leading consulting firms/Big 4.
  • Experience in education or digital business is a plus.
  • Experience in studying or working abroad; comfortable working with international team members.
  • Strong skills in project management, people management, financial analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset, process-oriented, and a problem solver.
  • High sense of ethics and integrity.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
